No. Creative Hangout welcomes everyone from first-timers to kids who draw constantly. There is no skill bar to clear.
Never required. There is always an optional prompt, but many come to work on their own thing.
Yes. Phones go away so hands and attention can come out. Most teens end up grateful for the break.
